Our Approach

Custom API Development

We designed and implemented tailor-made APIs to ensure smooth integration between the hotel group’s internal systems, their Guestline PMS, and the bespoke mobile application we previously built. This guaranteed accurate data synchronisation across bookings, finance, and customer engagement.

Custom Live Chat Integration

A bespoke live chat system was developed, complete with notifications and seamless integrations into both the mobile app and venue websites. This ensured staff could respond quickly to guest queries, improving customer service and retention.

Appointment & Function Diaries

We built a powerful appointment diary that allows teams to manage bookings, allocate staff, and send automated alerts. In addition, a function diary system was developed to create and manage all functions across multiple venues, making scheduling more efficient.

Wedding & Event Management Platforms

Our wedding management module provided a dedicated tool for managing wedding details, suppliers, menus, and guest lists, complete with automated function sheet generation. Similarly, the event management system centralised all event details, itineraries, and menus across venues.

Access Control

To safeguard sensitive information, we created a granular user access control system. Departmental access levels ensured that Finance, Sales, Weddings, and Directors could only access the tools and data relevant to their roles.

Finance Management Dashboard

The bespoke finance module offered real-time data visualisation with charts, filtering, and reporting. Integrated via API with Guestline PMS and other revenue streams, it provided directors with a clear picture of financial performance across all venues.

Mobile Push Notifications & Marketing

The web app included a push notification platform for marketing campaigns. Integrated with the hotel group’s mobile app, it allowed direct communication with customers, promoting events, offers, and loyalty schemes.

Venue Supplier & Voucher Management

The system centralised supplier management, enabling seamless coordination between suppliers and guests. Additionally, a voucher management system was developed, allowing the creation, sale, and printing of bespoke vouchers directly from the platform.
